1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the uubd platform and all services under it. "uubd", "we", "our" refers to the organisation that operates this platform. "User", "you" refers to any person registered on or using this platform.

"Platform" means the uubd website, mobile app and all services provided through them. "Account" means a user's registered profile. "Funds" means money deposited into or withdrawable from an account.

By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the service.

2 Eligibility to Use the Service

The following requirements must be met to use uubd's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
• Users must be able to provide their real identity and cooperate with the verification process.
• Users must be mentally capable and acting of their own free will when using this service.
• Only one account may be opened per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Users must use their own funds — operating an account on behalf of another person or using a third party's money is not allowed.

uubd reserves the right to re-verify a user's eligibility at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification.

3 Account Registration and Management

Accurate and complete information must be provided when creating an account on uubd. We reserve the right to close an account registered with incorrect or false information.

3.1 Login Security

Your username and password are strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Changing your password regularly is good practice for security.

3.2 Verification Process

An OTP may be sent to verify the account after registration. Additional information may be requested to confirm identity in cases of large withdrawals or unusual activity.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account may be declared inactive if there has been no activity for more than 12 months. The balance of an inactive account is kept safe and the user can recover the account through the support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

uubd supports transactions through the commonly used digital payment methods in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Any of the following methods can be used to add funds to your account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and any other scheduled bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made through the same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Transaction Verification

All transactions are carried out through SSL-encrypted connections. If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact the support team — they are available 24/7 in Bengali and English.

4.4 Transaction Limits

For security reasons, uubd may impose limits on a user's transactions within a given period or day. These limits are set based on account history and verification status.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

uubd provides bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Any attempt to misuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• uubd reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The uubd VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level offers a weekly cashback calculated on net losses. The cashback rate increases with each higher level — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond.

6 Gaming Rules

The uubd platform offers slots, live casino, cricket and other sports betting, and arcade games. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by certified random number generation technology. If an incorrect result is shown due to a technical error, uubd reserves the right to apply the correct result.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. Any bet outside these limits will not be accepted.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football and various other sports. Betting exchange and multi-selection accumulator bets are also available. All odds are accurate at the time they are displayed — however they may change depending on match conditions.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or any other technical issue, uubd will make a decision in accordance with the policy applicable to that situation. Please contact the support team immediately in such cases.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uubd platform. Engaging in them will result in the immediate closure of the account and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false or incorrect identity information.
• Misusing bonuses — attempting to collect bonuses by exploiting system weaknesses.
• Using funds from corrupt, illegal or suspicious sources.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other users.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error on the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

uubd believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not an alternative source of income. All users are encouraged to play responsibly. Please remember this service is only for persons aged 21+.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss caused by a problem with the user's device or software.
• Any issue caused by a delay or failure of a third-party payment service.
• Service interruption due to natural disaster, cyberattack or any other unforeseen circumstance.
• Unauthorised access to an account caused by the user's own negligence.

In any situation, uubd's maximum liability will be limited to the user's account balance.

11 Changes to Terms and Termination

uubd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Registered users will be informed in good time before any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new Terms.

11.1 Account Closure

Users may submit a request to close their own account. In that case, eligibility for a balance refund will be determined according to the applicable rules.

In the event of a serious breach of the Terms, uubd may close an account without prior notice. In such cases, pending bonuses and part of the balance may be forfeited.

11.2 Service Suspension

The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons. No transactions or gaming activity will be possible during this period. We will try to give as much advance notice as possible.
